We assume responsibility for all ALL packages until they achieve a "Delivered" status per the provided shipping company's tracking information. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages once the status is marked as "Delivered". Please select "Signature Confirmation Protection" for an additional $3.00 upon checkout for extra protection if desired.

Orders Ship Within 2 Business Days (excludes holidays). Orders Placed After 12pm (noon) EST Ship the Next Shipping Day. Once an order is shipped, tracking is provided via email.

We ship to the Continental USA only. Due to customs, we do not ship to APO/military nor international addresses.

Due to their contents, some packages may ship USPS/FedEx/UPS Ground Parcel Select as required by Federal Laws.

Lost / Stolen Packages:

We assume responsibility for packages until provided tracking shows the package has a "Delivered" status by the shipper to the provided shipping address. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once they show a "Delivered" status.

Returns Policy:

~ Products must be unused, unsprayed, unsampled and/or unopened and in the same new condition in which they were received

~ Returns are accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase

~A 15% restocking fee will be applied to original purchase price

~ Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost
